About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Training Specialist to design, deliver, and optimize training programs for our dealership network. You will be responsible for developing localized training materials, organizing sessions, and analyzing training effectiveness to enhance dealership staff performance and customer service standards.

 Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver and coordinate training programs for dealership through in-person and virtual sessions.
• Develop and localize training materials, including manuals, coursewares, and videos, ensuring content aligns with regional market needs, cultural contexts, and brand standards.
• Carrying out training satisfaction survey, and analyze the results for continuous optimization, complete the training landing closed-loop management.
• Collaborate with dealership managers and HQ teams to identify skill gaps, update training curricula, and support business objectives.
• Monitor the dynamics of the dealer channel in each strategic market and assist in developing training program plans and course packages for new stores.
• Stay updated on automotive industry trends, product updates, and dealership best practices to ensure training relevance.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in sales training, preferably within the automotive industry.
• Fluent in German and English.
• Proficient in Excel and PPT. Proficient in video editing would be preferable.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Accept frequent traveling within the nationwide.
