About BYD France

BYD France is the French National Sales Company of BYD BV Europe and BYD Company Ltd, a China-based company and a leading global supplier of green energy technologies. BYD France offers a range of electric vehicles, including all-electric cars, buses & forklifts. BYD is expanding its operations in France to support a growing portfolio of New Electric Vehicle Passenger car and LCVs projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end vehicle order processes, ensuring accuracy and timely execution.

Oversee inventory control, monitor stock levels, and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure optimal availability.

Coordinate vehicle delivery operations, ensuring timely, accurate, and cost-effective distribution.

Monitor and manage operational costs, identifying opportunities for process optimization and cost reduction.

Handle all related documentation and workflow processes, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Maintain effective communication with internal departments (Sales, Logistics, Finance) and external partners (suppliers, transportation providers).

Ensure data accuracy and continuously work on improving process efficiency and operational KPIs.

Support cross-functional initiatives and special projects as needed.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.

5+ years of proven experience in operations, Planning or logistics, or supply chain management, preferably in the automotive or mobility sector.

Strong command of English and French (both spoken and written); Chinese language skills are a strong plus.

Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.

Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).

Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and operational discipline.
