About the department:

The Marketing Department within BYD Poland is responsible for developing and implementing tailored marketing strategies specific to drive performance in Poland and deliver results that drive business objectives. Our team works collaboratively to optimize brand visibility, increase market share, and drive business growth within the European market.

Key Responsibilities:
• Plan, execute, and optimize Paid Search campaigns (Google Ads, Bing Ads) for the Polish market executed fully in-house
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and report results to improve ROI
• Collaborate with the marketing team and central office to coordinate digital activities
• Implement A/B testing strategies and recommend improvements
• Stay up to date with SEM trends and the automotive industry
• Report directly to the Marketing Director


Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of experience managing paid search campaigns executed fully in-house
• Proficiency in tools such as Google Ads, Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager; familiarity with Search Ads 360 is a plus
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work with large datasets
• Good command of English (communication with international team)
• Interest in the automotive industry and e-mobility is an advantage
