About the department:

The Marketing Department within BYD Poland is responsible for developing and implementing tailored marketing strategies specific to drive performance in Poland and deliver results that drive business objectives. Our team works collaboratively to optimize brand visibility, increase market share, and drive business growth within the European market.

Key Responsibilities:
• Create, manage, and optimize paid social campaigns across platforms such as Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube
• Develop Paid Social strategy in cooperation with the local marketing team and international HQ
• Brief and collaborate with creatives to produce effective ad materials
• Analyze performance data, generate reports, and provide optimization recommendations
• Monitor trends and innovations in social media advertising
• Report directly to the Marketing Director


Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in managing Paid Social campaigns
• Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, TikTok Ads, etc.
• Experience with performance tracking tools (Google Analytics 4, Meta Insights)
• Strong creativity, independence, and goal-oriented mindset
• Good command of English
• Passion for automotive and innovation is a plus
