Regional Technical Support (Fresh Graduate)
Job Introduction
This position is open to fresh graduates, aiming to cultivate technical support talents with an international perspective. You will deeply participate in the technical service system of the European region. Under the leadership of a senior team, you will quickly master the entire technical support process, accumulate regional technical service experience through practice, and provide professional support to partners and customers in the European market.
Core Job Responsibilities
- Technical Support Response: Under the guidance of mentors, be responsible for technical support work in the European region. Through service portals, remote diagnostics, on-site support and other methods, learn to quickly respond to customers' technical needs and assist in providing solutions.
- Regional Collaboration Promotion: Participate in regional regular visit plans, assist in organizing meetings, technical seminars and other activities between regional partners and the headquarters, and help continuously improve regional technical service capabilities.
- Technical Training Execution: Cooperate with relevant teams, participate in the organization and implementation of on-site technical training for new product launches, level training and on-the-job training plans, and learn skills in building and implementing training systems.
- Fault Information Management: Learn to collect typical fault trends, latest and major fault information in the European region, report them in accordance with specifications, and assist in promoting the immediate resolution of quality issues.
- Technical Document Preparation: Under guidance, participate in the preparation and release of technical documents such as technical notices and typical maintenance cases, and accumulate technical precipitation experience.
- Special Event Support: Assist in handling regional special technical events, learn rapid response mechanisms, and participate in on-site support and technical research and analysis when needed.
- Other Work: Complete other technical support-related work assigned by superiors.
What We Expect From You
- 2025 fresh graduates, majoring in related science and engineering fields such as electronics, machinery, automation, computer science, etc.
- Fluent in English listening, speaking, reading and writing, with good potential for cross-cultural communication.
- Strong interest in technical support work, strong learning ability, and certain problem analysis skills.
- Responsible, with good team spirit and pressure resistance.
- Those with a technical background in new energy vehicles are preferred.
- Willing to travel frequently in Europe and to China.
