About the role:
Due to the expansion of our successful European growth, BYD Europe is looking for an NEV enthusiastic and self-driven Zone Aftersales Manager for Passenger Cars. In this exciting position you will play an important role in setting up the after sales activities in Sweden.
As the Zone Aftersales Manager - Passenger Cars, you are responsible for building and maintaining a strong and customer focused After sales service level in the designated region or country. You support the network of local dealers and dealer groups, focusing on high quality and mutual satisfaction. You play an important role in developing, implementing, and maintaining service products and After sales propositions. You ensure that the service procedure is carried out correctly and performs all administrative tasks needed.
This role reports directly to the After sales Manager for Sweden.
Role Responsibilities:
- Drive and support dealer partner’s service network management with service preparation, monitoring and managing the after Sales business plan and steering the dealer partner’s continuous service level improvement.
- Planning and organizing regular dealer visits, meetings, workshops, and other activities with regional partners. Be responsible for the after sales projects development, execution, and assessment.
- Ensures the localization and implementation of the BYD after sales policies and standards in the network to ensure the set-up of a strong BYD service network. Secure the quality of our service network by timely training, tooling, and other supportive materials and programs.
- Owns and continuously improves all authorized repairers/service centers KPIs. In collaboration with our Swedish and European HQ, creates, implements, and ensures regular ad hoc performance reporting.
- Ensure implementation of our customer-centric approach and unique BYD customer experience at dealer partners. Customer satisfaction (NPS from service), collects and analyzes service/ maintenance data, assists partners to resolve customer complaints and negative feedback in time. Also support and monitor partners CX process improvement by a Voice of Customer focused supported by local call center set-up.
- As an expert in after sales, support and communicate with technical support, quality, parts and warranty team with critical issue handling, quality investigation and training arrangement.
- Working with dealer partners to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual after sales objectives and KPI’s.
- Travels across the country as needed to support day to day after sales business and ensure close relationship with dealer partners. Any other reasonable duties requested by line manager.
Essential Criteria & Experience:
- Enjoying to travel on a frequent (daily) basis within the country and visit the dealers.
- HBO+ (bachelor or master) working and thinking level, acquired by education or work experience.
- 5+ years of experience in a similar role in automotive/ E-mobility within importer or OEM.
- Organized with communication skills and an understanding of differences between countries, cultures, regulations. Self-learning, the ability to discover and solve problems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Swedish and English is a must; Mandarin or other European languages are a plus.
- High-level attention to details, time management and accuracy. Proficient PowerPoint and presentation skills.
- Must hold a valid driver license for EU and candidates must be eligible to work in Europe.
