About the Role

As an Warranty & Parts Specialist, you will be a crucial member of our Aftersales team, combining responsibilities of both parts and warranty operations. You will ensure seamless processes and exceptional support to both customers and Service Providers in Sweden. Your focus will be on warranty validation, parts procurement, inventory control, and data reporting — all contributing to an efficient and customer-focused operation.

 Key Responsibilities:

Warranty Operations

• Verify warranty reports and process reimbursements in line with policy.
  
  
• Analyze warranty data and generate regular reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  
  
• Handle abnormal warranty cases, conduct audits, and support ongoing improvements.
  
  
• Respond to inquiries and provide guidance to Service Providers regarding warranty policies.
  
  
• Manage physical warranty parts: audit, store, and coordinate disposal.
  
  
• Support and deliver on-site warranty training sessions with internal and external partners.

Parts Operations

• Source and manage parts operation in Sweden together with the European head office and the Nordics warehouse.
  
  
• Raise purchase orders, maintain accurate procurement records, and monitor inventory levels.
  
  
• Coordinate parts booking (in/out), ensuring timely delivery to service partners.
  
  
• Respond to customer queries, provide parts recommendations, and manage pricing updates.
  
  
• Identify customer pain points and emerging demands to guide purchasing and supplier strategy.
  
  
• Collaborate closely with Finance for account reconciliation and payment accuracy.
  
  
• Monitor and report on monthly sales data to support strategic purchasing planning.

Skills, Qualifications, and Experience Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  
  
• Minimum 5 years of experience in parts, procurement, warranty, or aftersales operations.
  
  
• High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize under pressure.
  
  
• Customer-oriented mindset with a proactive and analytical approach.
  
  
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with SAP and Warehouse Management Systems is an advantage.
  
  

Fluent in Swedish and English (spoken and written); Mandarin or other European languages are a plus.
