Position Overview
As an International Key Account Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting BYD’s Key Account activities across multiple markets. You will act as a central point of contact between local market teams and the European headquarters, ensuring smooth coordination, data accuracy, and effective preparation of commercial documentation. This position is ideal for a structured, analytical, and proactive individual who enjoys working across international teams and contributing to large-scale business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
• Support the coordination and preparation of business proposals and commercial
documentation at HQ level.
• Ensure effective communication and follow-up on ongoing projects, supporting internal
visibility and progress tracking.
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to identify and assess business opportunities requiring cross-market coordination.
• Maintain and update documentation, reports, and internal tools that support the Key
Account Management team in close cooperation with other departments.
• Contribute to data analysis and preparation of business reviews, presentations, and
performance summaries.
• Develop and improve the quality of the customer database, ensuring accurate information for customer contacts and sales information.
Qualifications & Skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics or a related field.
• +5 years of professional experience in sales, business support, or commercial operations role (familiarity with bid or tender processes is an advantage).
• Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently across multiple teams and functions.
• Proficiency in MS Office (CRM experience is a plus).
• Fluent English (spoken and written); other European languages are an advantage.
