Job Title: LCV Sales and Project Manager (Europe)

Position Overview
The Sales and Project Manager LCV is responsible for the end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of Light Commercial Vehicle (LCV) programs across multiple European markets.
This role ensures seamless coordination between customers, OEM engineering teams, and upfitter/supplier partners to deliver tailored LCV solutions that meet quality, cost, and timing targets.
The ideal candidate combines strong program management experience with technical understanding of LCV conversions and a proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders across regions.
Key Responsibilities Key Responsibilities
Customer Interface
- Serve as the key contact for fleet customers, ensuring transparent communication and alignment on vehicle specifications, delivery schedules, and technical requirements.
- Manage customer-specific configuration requests and validation processes.
- Organize pilot deliveries, customer demonstrations, and acceptance events.
Prjoect Leadership
- Lead cross-functional teams to execute LCV customer delivery projects from order intake to handover.
- Ensure alignment of scope, budget, timing, and quality across all stakeholders.
- Coordinate with engineering, logistics, and aftersales teams to secure readiness for market introduction.
- Ensure compliance with all EU regulatory and homologation standards.
Upfitter & Supplier Management
- Act as the primary interface to upfitters, converters, and bodybuilders for all technical and commercial aspects of vehicle customization.
- Manage supplier timelines, capacity, and change requests to ensure seamless integration into overall program milestones.
- Conduct regular supplier performance reviews and audits (quality, cost, delivery).
- Drive continuous improvement in upfitter network performance and cost efficiency.
- Coordinate technical documentation, homologation compliance, and quality sign-off with supplier partners.
Financial & Risk Management
- Oversee program budgets and supplier purchase orders.
- Track financial KPIs, forecast deviations, and implement corrective actions.
Reporting
- Provide regular project status updates and executive summaries to senior management.
- Track delivery KPIs, supplier performance metrics, and customer satisfaction indicators.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or Supply Chain Management.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in automotive project/program management, ideally in LCV, EV, or fleet delivery.
- Proven experience in managing upfitter/supplier networks, including vehicle converters and bodybuilders.
- Strong knowledge of LCV product configurations, homologation, and delivery processes.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certification preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in English (German, French, or Dutch is a plus).
- Willingness to travel across Europe (approx. 20–30%).
