Auto Insurance Specialist
About the role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Auto Insurance Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will explore the best practices and tools to streamline the project management by analysing and improving auto insurance business performance, coordinating with internal departments, managing the relationship with insurance companies and dealers.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Auto insurance business analysis and improvement
Analyse the auto insurance penetration rate of dealers and collect feedback from dealers.
Improve the function of insurance exchange platform and product coverage.
Optimize customer journey and insurers matrix.
2. Internal communication and team coordination
Coordinate the financial reconciliation between dealers and local NSC.
Coordinate internal departments and resources (Finance,legal,IT,etc.)to solve issues related to auto insurance.
3. Relationship management with insurance companies and dealers
Build and maintain a sound relationship with existing insurers.
Explore new business opportunities with new insurers.
Maintain the relationship with dealers.
4. Project management
Apply specific knowledge, skills, methodologies, and techniques to plan, execute, monitor, and supervise system projects in different countries and ensure successful outcomes within set timeframes.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business administration, Finance, Insurance, or a related field.
Experience
At least 1 year proven track record in auto insurance sales, customer journey, or underwriting.
Familiarity with the status quo of auto insurance of major markets in Europe.
Technical Skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Deep understanding of auto insurance products and post-insurance services.
Soft Skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Strong sales, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Exceptional customer orientation and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
