We are looking for a Senior Financial Accountant for our Financial department, reporting to the Director of Financing and Risk Control Center.

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Formation and Management: Assist in the establishment of a local finance team and effectively manage team members.
  

• Audit and Oversight of Financial Operations: Review and supervise the company's daily accounting transactions and financial activities in accordance with national accounting regulations, ensuring their authenticity, accuracy, and timeliness.
  

• Accounting Functions During Initial Operations: Concurrently serve as the Accounting Officer during the company's initial stages, ensuring completeness of procedures, accuracy of numbers, clarity of accounts, and timely submission of financial reports.
  

• Financial Informatization System Implementation: Take the lead in establishing local financial information systems, such as deploying SAP Hungary standards, building OA processes, and setting up expense control systems. Provide professional guidance throughout the implementation process and successfully execute projects.
  

• Financial Statement Review: Be responsible for reviewing the company's related financial statements to ensure their accuracy and correctness.
  

• Auditing Leadership: Lead year-end auditing, tax audits, and all other finance-related auditing activities.
  

• Financial Analysis and Template Design: Design and oversee the completion of various financial and analytical templates as required by management, and carry out relevant financial analysis tasks.

Skills, Qualifications, and Experience Required:

• Education Requirements: Bachelor's degree or above in finance management or accounting-related majors.

• Professional Qualifications: Possession of the Certified Accountant (CA) certification.

• Work Experience: Necessitates a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Financial controller or similar role, with a preference given to candidates who have 3+ years of experience in medium to large-scale enterprises or relevant manufacturing industries.

• Fluent in English, Fluent in Chinese and Finnish is a big preference.
