Position Summary

The Financial Specialist – Data Analysis is responsible for delivering financial and business insights through data analytics, reporting, and modeling, with a strong focus on rebate analysis, commercial performance, and incentive policy design. The role supports management decision-making by providing accurate, timely, and actionable analysis, and works closely with Finance leadership and cross-functional teams to drive business performance and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform financial and commercial data analysis related to sales performance, rebates, incentives, and dealer programs.

• Build and maintain dashboards, management reports, and analytical models to support decision-making.

• Analyze rebate structures and simulate financial impacts of proposed commercial policies.

• Support the design, evaluation, and optimization of rebate and incentive schemes.

• Conduct profitability analysis by product, channel, customer, and region.

• Partner with Sales, Marketing, AR/AP, and Finance teams to ensure data consistency and actionable insights.

• Identify trends, risks, and opportunities through data-driven analysis.

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and business planning processes with analytical inputs.

• Improve data quality, automation, and reporting processes within Finance systems.

• Prepare ad-hoc analyses and presentations for senior management.

Background Required

• Minimum 3 years of experience in financial analysis, business analysis, or data analytics roles within a finance function.

• Strong analytical and modeling skills, with proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or similar).

• Solid understanding of financial statements and commercial finance concepts.

• Experience analyzing rebates, incentives, or sales programs is a strong plus.

• Ability to translate complex data into clear business insights.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, multinational environment.
