PRODUCT COORDINATOR
About the Role
As the Product Administrator, you will support the Product Department with product localisation requirements from an administrative perspective, contributing to smooth and timely product launches across the passenger car portfolio in the UK and Ireland. You will assist in coordinating key product-related requirements and processes throughout the entire product lifecycle.
In this role, you will work closely with local internal teams, external regulatory and certification bodies, and R&D teams in Europe and China to respond to enquiries and gather the necessary information. This position is well suited to someone who values structured processes, consistency, and precision, and who takes pride in delivering accurate, dependable work.
The Product Administrator will report directly to the Product Compliance Specialist.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in preparing and maintaining automotive compliance documentation with accuracy and consistency across all products
Support the review of regulatory documentation, technical files, and test reports, ensuring comprehensiveness and quality
Help ensure alignment of data across key sales enablement submission portals and product configurations
Maintain multiple databases, updating information carefully and methodically
Assist with and provide input where applicable for the internal vehicle lifecycle data management platform to ensure smooth vehicle registration targets
Follow established checklists and procedures to support clear, consistent communication with third-party automotive governing authorities
Skills and Experience Required:
Some work experience, ideally in Automotive or Consumer Technology Industries, a proficiency in Data Analysis is a plus
Enjoys structured, repetitive, process-driven work and demonstrates strong attention to detail

· Patient, focused, and methodical work style
· Ability to prioritize, multitask, and work in a fast-paced environment.
· Clear written and verbal communication skills
· Basic familiarity with NEV technical and product elements, such as ADAS, emissions standards, or functional safety regulations
· Valid driver’s license for passenger car
· Mandarin language skills are an advantage, but not a requirement
