Position Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Commercial Management Specialist to support daily operational tasks within the Commercial Management function. This junior-level role focuses on executing defined processes, maintaining accurate records, and coordinating documentation across departments.
The role is ideal for someone who is organized, responsible, and comfortable working within structured procedures.
Key Responsibilities
1. Customer Information & Process Execution
· Maintain and update customer information across internal systems.
· Support Key Account (KA) related system processes, including order placement, app activation, warranty activation and etc.
· Ensure all required documentation is properly recorded and filed.
2. Commercial Governance & HQ Support
· Support HQ reporting requirements, including major event records, ESG data collection, and internal control documentation .
· Assist in preparing and submitting internal approval documents.
· Handle system and account access applications in accordance with company policies.
· Ensure processes comply with internal control guidelines.
3. Fleet Administration Support
· Maintain fleet registration records and related documentation.
· Support vehicle model addition and deletion processes.
· Coordinate internal application procedures, transportation arrangements, and vehicle registration follow-ups.
· Assist with periodic fleet inventory checks.
4. General Support
· Provide administrative and operational support as assigned by the manager.
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree preferred.
· 1–2 years of relevant work experience preferred; motivated graduates are also welcome.
· Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English (written and spoken).
· Strong attention to detail and structured working style.
· Responsible, organized, and comfortable handling routine tasks.
· Ability to work in a compliance-driven environment.
· Valid driver’s license preferred.
