Job Responsibilities

• Identify and analyze business requirements, prepare requirement documentation, and coordinate requirement review processes.

• Validate and confirm product solutions to ensure alignment with business needs.

• Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure system functionality meets requirements.

• Develop system operation manuals and user training materials.

• Deliver training sessions on system functionalities and usage to end users.

• Lead IT-related planning initiatives within the assigned business domain.

• Manage system maintenance and ensure continuous system performance and stability.

• Oversee and support key system modules, including:

  • CRM

  • BGPC

  • Digital Marketing Platform

  • Dealer API Sales Core System

Job Qualifications

• Stay up to date with business developments, with a strong understanding of business processes, operational pain points, and stakeholder needs within the assigned area.

• Excellent communication and documentation skills, with the ability to clearly structure and articulate requirements in written form, and effectively communicate them to product managers and development teams.

• Strong analytical and judgment skills, capable of evaluating whether product solutions meet business requirements, are complete, and align with day-to-day operations.

• Highly responsible, detail-oriented, and capable of managing the full lifecycle of requirements, driving cross-functional collaboration to ensure successful delivery.

• Proven experience with enterprise systems such as CRM, WMS, SAP, or similar platforms; experience in the automotive industry is a plus.

• Proficiency in English and the local language as working languages; Chinese is mandatory.
