Your Mission
The Remarketing Area Manager oversees the strategy and execution of remarketing activities within an assigned region. This includes maximizing resale value, managing dealer or buyer relationships, and ensuring efficient inventory turnover.
What You’ll Be Doing
1. Remarketing Strategy & Sales
Develop and implement regional remarketing strategies to optimize asset recovery and resale value.
Manage auction channels, online platforms, and direct sales.
Monitor pricing trends and adjust strategies based on market conditions.
2. Inventory Management
Oversee inventory flow, aging, and disposition timelines.
Ensure proper valuation and grading of assets (e.g., vehicles, returned goods)
Coordinate logistics, transportation, and storage.
3. Relationship Management
Build and maintain relationships with dealers, wholesalers, auction houses, and buyers.
Negotiate pricing, contracts, and bulk sales agreements.
Act as the main point of contact for regional partners.
4.Performance & Reporting
Track KPIs such as recovery rates, days to sell, and profit margins.
Analyze market data and generate performance reports.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction.
5. Compliance & Risk Management
Ensure adherence to company policies and legal regulations.
Manage title/ownership documentation (common in automotive remarketing)
Mitigate financial and operational risks
What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field
3–7+ years of experience in remarketing, sales, automotive, or asset management
Strong negotiation and relationship management skills
Analytical mindset with experience using data to drive decisions
Knowledge of auction platforms and resale markets (especially automotive or equipment sectors)
