Key Responsibilities:
1. Video Content Creation
Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality short-form videos for social platforms (e.g., TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts)
Turn product features and campaign messages into engaging visual stories
Stay on top of platform trends and continuously optimize video performance
2. Customer Operations
Manage the full user lifecycle: acquisition, activation, retention, and re-engagement
Analyze user behavior and campaign data to improve conversion and engagement
Design and execute growth initiatives, campaigns, and incentive programs
3. Content Management
Develop content strategies aligned with target audiences
Plan and manage content calendars and daily publishing
Ensure consistency in tone, messaging, and brand voice
4. AI Tools
Use AI tools for copywriting, video editing, and data analysis
Explore ways to integrate AI into content production and user operations
Stay updated on emerging AI trends and apply them in practical workflows
5. Campaign Execution
Execute campaigns with strong attention to detail and timelines
Collaborate with design, product, and marketing teams
Track performance and optimize campaigns based on insights
6. User Insights & Engagement
Engage with users and build strong relationships with the audience
Gather feedback and turn insights into actionable improvements
Identify and leverage digital trends and emerging topics
Requirements:
Strong video shooting and editing skills (portfolio required)
Experience creating short-form content for social media platforms
Understanding of user growth metrics and content performance analysis
Familiarity with AI tools for content creation and optimization
Creative mindset with strong awareness of digital and social trends
Ability to work cross-functionally and execute quickly
Nice to have:
Experience in growth marketing or user operations
Motion graphics or advanced editing skills
Experience with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, platform insights)
