Key Responsibilities

• Aftersales Dealer Operations Management
  Responsible for developing commercial policies and managing incentive/rebate programs for aftersales dealers, as well as establishing and implementing dealer performance evaluation systems.

• Aftersales Supplier Performance Management
  Responsible for developing Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for aftersales suppliers and establishing supplier performance evaluation mechanisms. Monitor service quality, drive corrective actions, and continuously improve supplier service delivery and contractual performance.

• Regional Aftersales Performance Management
  Responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and evaluating key aftersales operational KPIs across European regions, ensuring effective performance management and continuous operational improvement.

• Aftersales Operations Policies & Standards Management
  Responsible for developing, issuing, and continuously optimizing operational policies, management standards, and process frameworks for aftersales service centers across Europe. Drive consistent implementation of headquarters policies across regions and markets, while adapting relevant policies and processes to local market requirements.
  

Qualifications and requirements:

• Proficiency in both Chinese and English, with the ability to use both languages effectively in a professional working environment.

• Experience in aftersales service center management, dealer management, or supplier management is preferred.
