About General Manager Office (EU)
We are in charge of the office maintenance, administration and daily operation of our office in Netherlands, providing guidance and support to our branch offices all over Europe. With the fast growing of our business, we are planning to increase our scale in personnel and spaces. Our target is to provide a good working as well as living environment to our colleagues and branch offices. Key Responsibilities
Manage the daily operation of the facility, ensuring the site is safe, clean, organized, and fully operational.
Perform regular inspections of offices, meeting rooms, canteen, warehouse/storage areas, and outdoor spaces to identify and resolve issues proactively.
Coordinate and supervise maintenance activities, repairs, renovations, and facility improvement projects.
Act as the primary contact for all facility vendors and service providers, including cleaning, security, catering, waste management, maintenance, and utilities.
Ensure vendors deliver services according to agreed quality, safety, and cost standards.
Build strong working relationships with the landlord and coordinate facility-related matters, maintenance requests, and building services.
Support office setup activities, workspace moves, furniture installations, and meeting room readiness.
Respond quickly to operational issues and emergencies to minimize disruption to the business.
Maintain facility documentation, service records, contracts, and compliance-related information.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and workplace regulations.
Communicate safety procedures and facility updates to employees and support a strong safety culture across the site.
Take ownership of emergency response procedures, evacuation plans, first aid coordination, and related drills.
Work closely with managers and employees to address workplace concerns and improve the overall working environment.
Support practical workplace improvements and identify opportunities to enhance efficiency, service quality, and employee experience.
Other tasks assigned by the manager.
Required qualifications:
Strong hands-on experience in facilities, office operations, workplace services, or site management.
Practical problem solver with a proactive and service-oriented mindset.
Good understanding of workplace safety, maintenance, and building operations.
Able to work independently and take ownership of operational issues from start to finish.
Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented.
Experience in a fast-paced operational or industrial environment is a plus.
Experience in a multinational, working with various cultures across the globe is an advantage.
Ability to respond to emergency situations involving facility incidents.
Technical background is a plus.
Fluent in both Dutch and English in writing and speaking.
Driver license B is a must, any other certificate is a plus.
MAVO working and thinking level.
