Job Overview

We are seeking an observant, articulate, and highly adaptable Market Experience Auditor (Mystery Shopper) to join the quality department. This is a stable, full-time position that offers an exciting blend of analytical work, field evaluations, and frequent travel across Europe.

Key Responsibilities

• On-Site Evaluations: Visit designated locations (stores, showrooms, service centers) incognito, behaving as a regular consumer while strictly following project guidelines.

• Compliance Auditing: Assess service quality, staff professionalism, product presentation, and adherence to international brand standards.

• Detailed Reporting: Write objective, analytical, and comprehensive reports in English after each visit, providing concrete evidence (e.g., photos, timing logs) to support your findings.

• Cross-Border Fieldwork: Execute audit missions across various European countries to ensure diverse market coverage.

• Project Alignment: Collaborate closely with Project Managers to understand changing audit parameters and brand priorities.

Qualifications:

• Must be fluent (C1/C2 level) in at least TWO of the following languages:

  • German

  • French

  • Nordic Languages (Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, or Finnish)

• Working Language: Professional working proficiency in English (written and spoken) is mandatory for report writing and internal communication.

• Analytical Writing: Ability to translate experiences into structured, unbiased, and grammatically flawless written feedback.

• Willingness and flexibility to travel frequently across Europe.

• Background in Automotive Service, Quality Assurance, or Market Research is highly preferred.
