About the Department:
The BYD After Sales Service Center manages service and maintenance for our fully electric vehicles across Europe. Key responsibilities include building a robust after-sales service network, providing technical support, calculating Life Cycle Costs to assist sales, expanding the spare parts business, and delivering training programs. Focused on ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty, we are now looking for a Training Operation Specialist for the After-sales Training Section. This role will be vital in organizing after-sales training and supporting training executives and engineers in delivering training to service providers and customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Training Coordination & Administration
Support the organization of training sessions and workshops.
Help manage trainee registrations and training records.
Prepare classrooms, training materials, tools, and equipment before training sessions.
Coordinate training schedules and communicate training information to participants.
Support trainers and training engineers during training activities.
Help arrange venues, vehicles, tools, and other training requirements.
Support the administration of the Learning Management System (LMS).
Training Support
Assist in preparing training materials, presentations, and manuals.
Welcome trainees and support daily training operations.
Provide support during online or live-stream training sessions.
Work with internal teams and external partners when needed.
Reporting & Improvement
Collect training feedback from participants.
Help prepare simple training reports and attendance records.
Support the team in improving training quality and organization.
Collaboration
Work closely with trainers, engineers, and other departments.
Provide general support for training projects and activities.
Skills, Qualifications, and Experience Required:
Bachelor’s degree in Education, Learning & Development, Management, HR, Business Administration, or a Technical field (Automotive, Electrical, Mechanical, etc.).
0–2 years of experience in training coordination, administration, education, customer support, or related fields.
Fresh graduates from the related fields like (Bachelor’s degree in Education, Learning & Development, Management) are welcome to apply.
Skilled on Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Interest in training, learning operations, or automotive industry.
Excellent English and Dutch communication
Driving license is a plus.
