What You'll Do
Own the complete order to invoice process across the dealer network
Support dealers with order placement, management, and claim resolution
Help partners identify the right products and solutions quickly and accurately
Work closely with Customer Care, Parts, Logistics, and Planning teams across Europe and China
Drive exceptional customer satisfaction through proactive support and problem solving
Provide management with valuable insights through reporting and analysis
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and support ad hoc projects
What You'll Bring
5+ years of experience in parts, accessories, product management, or a similar operational role
Experience with an importer, OEM, automotive, or e mobility environment is highly valued
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technical Studies, Business, or a related field
Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to work across different cultures and markets
A proactive mindset with a passion for learning, problem solving, and continuous improvement
Fluency in Dutch or French and English, both written and spoken
Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
Valid driver's license
