About the role:

The Spare Parts Specialist is responsible for providing adequate service to our customers and Service Providers in order to maximize customer satisfaction. This includes ensuring best-in-class availability of parts for the European Market whilst managing inventory levels and stock turnover.

As Spare Parts Specialist your responsibilities include:

• Maintain daily contact with customers and Service providers.

• Support customers and service providers by providing information regarding spare parts specifications, availability and lead times.

• Maintain and improve the spare parts catalogues.

• Maintain the spare parts price list.

• Maintain contact with European suppliers.

• Maintain spare parts stock level to meet customer requirements and service level.

• Process spare parts orders in the online parts ordering system.

• Coordinate upgrading projects between BYD A/S China and Europe.
  

Your profile:

• Minimum Bachelor level of working and thinking. Supply Chain/Business background or relevant work experience will be preferred.

• Client facing experience with high customer oriented mindset.

• High attention to detail and ability to perform tasks efficiently in a dynamic working environment.

• Excellent in written and spoken English, preferably speaking Chinese. Dutch would be a plus.

• Proficiency with Microsoft office and Outlook, advanced level of Excel would be a plus.

• Effective communicator and team player.

• Willing to learn and open for new challenges.
