European Spare Parts Specialist
About the department:
The Aftersales-Parts Inventory & Logistics department is responsible for taking care of the inbound of Spare parts imported from HQ and part of the outbound/Cross trade LTL/FTL/Express shipment. The department is also responsible for implementation of the effective goods movement, coordination and to be sure that the shipment is arranged in efficient and cost competitive manners.
As Spare Parts Specialist your responsibilities include:
Manage and monitor the daily operations of European spare parts warehouses, ensuring KPI achievement, inventory optimization, risk management, and operational excellence.
Oversee the end-to-end spare parts supply chain across European subsidiaries, proactively identify supply chain issues, and coordinate cross-functional resources to resolve operational exceptions.
Communicate and report spare parts performance to overseas subsidiaries, support local markets in resolving parts-related issues, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Maintain master data and inventory records within relevant systems, ensure inventory accuracy and reconciliation between physical stock and system data, prepare operational reports, and drive continuous process improvement initiatives.
Manage, monitor, and evaluate logistics service providers against agreed KPIs, ensuring the safe and timely delivery of spare parts to dealers and driving continuous service improvement.
Support additional projects and tasks assigned by management.
Your profile:
Minimum Bachelor level of working and thinking. Knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management.
Understanding of spare parts management and aftersales supply chain processes.
Basic project management capabilities.
Familiarity with WMS, SAP, DMS, or other relevant operational systems.
Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
