About the role:
Reports to: Marketing & PR Director Americas & Europe & MEA
Key responsibilities:
1. Regional Website Strategy & Vehicle Launch Support
· Develop and execute the annual regional website operation calendar aligned with the global brand strategy and local market priorities.
· Lead the planning and launch of vehicle campaign landing pages, ensuring timely publication of product highlights, specifications, pricing, comparison tools and booking functions.
· Coordinate with HQ Product, Digital and Design teams to localize website features based on regional needs, including payment solutions, map services and dealer locator systems.
2. Content Operations & Brand Management
· Adapt global marketing assets (videos, images, press releases and campaign materials) into localized website content while maintaining global brand consistency.
· Plan and manage brand storytelling sections such as Owner Stories, Brand Culture and Innovation, strengthening emotional engagement with customers.
· Maintain the accuracy of vehicle specifications, pricing, product configurations and promotional information, ensuring full alignment with regional commercial policies.
3. User Experience & Lead Conversion (Core KPI)
· Continuously optimize the customer journey from Vehicle Discovery → Comparison → Test Drive Booking → Vehicle Reservation, reducing bounce rate and improving conversion.
· Utilize user behavior analysis, heatmaps and website analytics to optimize page layout, content hierarchy, visual presentation and call-to-action placement.
· Manage the online customer service and chatbot system, ensuring efficient inquiry handling and high-quality lead distribution to regional dealers or direct sales channels.
· Track the conversion performance from online test-drive bookings to dealership visits and collaborate with Sales teams to continuously improve website effectiveness.
4. Data Analytics & Competitive Intelligence
· Establish daily and weekly website performance reporting, monitoring traffic sources, customer profiles, vehicle interest and conversion funnels.
· Conduct regular benchmarking of competitor websites (Toyota, Volkswagen, Tesla and other key competitors), analyzing pricing strategies, customer engagement features and digital innovations.
· Utilize Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Search Console and SEO tools to monitor website health, optimize regional keyword strategy and capture comparison-search traffic.
5. Cross-functional Collaboration
· Work closely with Regional Marketing teams to position the website as the primary destination for paid media, social campaigns, influencer marketing and brand communications.
· Collect feedback from regional dealers regarding lead quality and customer behavior, continuously optimizing website lead generation strategies.
Key Results
· Deliver successful regional website launches supporting all major vehicle introductions and product campaigns.
· Increase website traffic, average session duration and customer engagement.
· Improve website conversion performance, including:
o Test Drive Booking Rate
o Lead Submission Rate
o Vehicle Reservation Conversion
· Maintain 100% accuracy of vehicle information, pricing and promotional content.
· Improve SEO performance and increase qualified organic traffic.
· Ensure timely localization and delivery of all global website campaigns.
· Provide actionable data insights and competitor analysis to support regional marketing decisions.
Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related field.
· 5+ years of experience in website operations, digital marketing or product marketing, preferably within the automotive industry.
· Strong understanding of website CMS platforms, UX/UI principles and customer journey optimization.
· Hands-on experience with GA4, Google Search Console, SEO and web analytics tools.
· Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across Marketing, Product, Sales and HQ stakeholders.
· Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple product launches simultaneously.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage.
· Passion for digital customer experience, data-driven decision making and automotive innovation.
