The Role

BYD is scaling fast across Europe — and our dealer network needs someone who can keep parts, orders, and claims moving without missing a beat. As Spare Parts Specialist, you'll own the entire order-to-invoice process end to end, becoming the person dealers turn to when they need answers, fast. You'll sit at the crossroads of Customer Care, Parts, Logistics, and Planning, working with teams across Europe and China to keep the whole operation running smoothly.

What You'll Do

• Take full ownership of the order-to-invoice process across the dealer network

• Be the dealer's first call for order placement, order management, and claim resolution

• Match partners to the right products and solutions — quickly, accurately, no guesswork

• Work shoulder-to-shoulder with Customer Care, Parts, Logistics, and Planning across Europe and China

• Turn customer satisfaction into a habit through proactive support and sharp problem solving

• Arm management with the reporting and insights they need to make the right calls

• Push continuous improvement forward and jump into ad hoc projects when it counts

What You'll Bring

• 5+ years of experience in parts, accessories, product management, or a similar operational role

• Experience within an importer, OEM, automotive, or e-mobility environment is highly valued

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technical Studies, Business, or a related field

• Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work across different cultures and markets

• A proactive mindset with a passion for learning, problem solving, and continuous improvement

• Fluency in Dutch, French, and English, both written and spoken

• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint

• Valid driver's license
