Warranty Auditor
About the Role:
The Warranty Auditor is responsible for risk-based auditing, forensic validation, and network-wide compliance enforcement. By combining analytical insight with excellent communication skills, you will run internal validation checks to keep the operations hub aligned, while launching targeted external reviews to address high-risk network variances.
Key Responsibilities:
Execute risk-based auditing methodologies and forensic claim analyses across regional distribution systems and markets.
Conduct internal validation checks to ensure consistency, transparency, and data alignment within the main processing hub.
Monitor automated operational dashboards and launch targeted National Sales Company (NSC) or retailer reviews when high-risk variance scores trigger.
Perform regular operational and financial audits on retailer groups and workshop facilities.
Compile thorough, clear audit reports highlighting non-compliance, financial leakages, or process errors, proposing immediate corrective actions.
Act as a strong team player, collaborating across functions to protect financial resources while maintaining positive service-network communication.
Your Profile:
Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Business Administration, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in automotive auditing, financial compliance, or complex warranty forensic analysis (ideally in an OEM setting).
Deep understanding of automotive quality frameworks or management system audit guidelines (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF 16949, or VDA standards).
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to handle delicate compliance and financial discussions firmly and diplomatically.
Strong team player mindset with an eagerness to support data tracking and AI-driven fraud-detection projects.
Fluent in English; proficiency in multiple European languages is heavily preferred.
