Warranty Excellence & Data Specialist
About the Role:
The Warranty Excellence & Data Specialist plays a vital role in transforming raw aftersales and warranty claim data into actionable department insights. You will be responsible for designing and managing automated dashboard ecosystems, monitoring performance spikes, and driving business-critical automation and AI integration projects to streamline global warranty operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Build, customize, and optimize advanced PowerBI dashboards and data visualizations for the warranty operations team.
Manage, parameterize, and maintain database logic and backend subscription rules to ensure automated, real-time data flow.
Track and analyze the key Dashbords and high-frequency failures to flag emerging product trends or operational financial risks.
Lead and drive strategic projects focused on AI integration and process digitization within the warranty department.
Support data transparency and cross-functional teams with ad-hoc reporting and predictive modeling.
Maintain data validation checks to preserve information integrity across all market metrics.
Your Profile:
Bachelor's degree or higher in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, Information Systems, or a technical Engineering discipline.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in data analysis, data engineering, or business intelligence, preferably within an OEM automotive environment.
Expert proficiency in PowerBI data manipulation, DAX formulas, database structures, and backend query optimization (SQL).
Proven experience or a strong foundational knowledge of data parameterization logic and automated workflow setup.
Demonstrated capacity to lead projects independently and implement modern technical frameworks (AI applications, web app integration).
Fluent in English with exceptional technical communication skills to translate complex data structures into actionable business strategies.
Proven project leadership experience with a background in modern process management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, or PMP certification is a strong plus)."
