About the role

We are looking for a Warranty & Parts Specialist to join our Aftersales team in Finland.

This is an entry-level position suitable for a recent graduate in Automotive Engineering or a related field, as well as a candidate with some early-career experience in automotive aftersales.

The role combines warranty administration, spare parts coordination, reporting and general Aftersales back-office support. You will work closely with BYD’s authorized dealer and service network in Finland, as well as with internal Aftersales, technical, parts and logistics teams.

Key Responsibilities

Warranty Operations

• Process and follow up warranty and goodwill claims

• Review claim documentation and verify compliance with BYD warranty policies

• Follow up rejected, pending and outstanding claims

• Support dealers with warranty-related questions and claim handling

• Maintain accurate warranty records and prepare regular reports

• Coordinate the handling, retention and return of warranty parts

• Support warranty audits and process improvements
  

Parts and Aftersales Operations

• Coordinate spare parts-related topics with dealers, warehouses and internal team

• Follow up parts availability, orders and deliveries

• Support parts reporting, pricing updates and data maintenance

• Monitor open cases and outstanding operational actions

• Process Aftersales-related invoices and documentation

• Support the dealer network in daily operational matters

• Assist the Aftersales Manager and team with administrative tasks and ongoing projects
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or other relevant education, preferably in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Logistics or a related field

• Suitable for a recent graduate or candidate with early-career experience

• Fluent written and spoken Finnish

• Good working proficiency in English

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks

• Good communication and collaboration skills

• Comfortable working with reports, data and different IT systems

• Previous experience in automotive aftersales, warranty, spare parts, a dealership or workshop environment is considered an advantage but is not mandatory

• Chinese language skills are considered a plus
