Key Responsibilities:

1. Be responsible for the analysis of VD competitors in the European market and the setting of targets;

2. Be responsible for the analysis of key performance components and K&C, as well as the performance analysis of the entire vehicle R&H, and propose optimization solutions based on the analysis results;

3. Be responsible for the VD performance evaluation of various European models (including tire performance), and output the evaluation results;

4. Be responsible for the suspension, steering, and tire tuning of European models to ensure the achievement of performance targets and compliance with the European market;

5. Be responsible for the iterative optimization of the VD evaluation system and evaluation methods.

Skills, Qualifications, and Experience Required:

1. Bachelor's degree or above, major in mechanical engineering or vehicle-related fields preferred;

2. At least 8 years of VD experience, with at least two representative chassis tuning projects for passenger vehicles, and experience in electronic control chassis tuning (CDC, air springs, active stabilizer bars, rear wheel steering, etc.) preferred;

3. European driver's license, strong driving skills, and track driving experience preferred;

4. Familiar with the vehicle development process, VD performance development process, chassis structure, vehicle dynamics theory, strong logical thinking and problem analysis ability;

5. Familiar with the driving style and preferences of European users, and familiar with European road conditions;

6. Preferred to have served as a chief tuning engineer or director of tuning engineers, and with experience in tuning for M-power, AMG, RS or other sports cars.
