About the role

BYD is currently looking for a Warehouse Administrator to join the team based in BYD UK, provide administrative and operational support to the warehouse management team during warehouse setup and ongoing operations, with a focus on documentation, coordination, reporting and day-to-day office administration.

Working location: Unit 5, Kalabergos Close, Banbury, OX17 2FJ

Main Tasks and responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the warehouse management team.

• Prepare, organise and maintain operational documents, reports, records and filing systems.

• Coordinate with internal departments, suppliers and external service providers.

• Arrange meetings, site visits, schedules and related administrative activities.

• Support office administration, purchasing administration and routine service coordination.

• Prepare presentations, reports, meeting minutes and business correspondence.

• Support warehouse setup activities and ongoing operational requirements.

• Assist with cross-functional coordination and continuous improvement activities.

• Undertake other duties as assigned by the line manager.

Ideal candidate profile:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics or a related discipline.

• Relevant experience in administration, operations support or project coordination; warehouse, logistics or manufacturing experience is advantageous.

• Strong organisational, communication and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

• Good Microsoft Office skills; SAP, Power BI or similar systems experience is advantageous.

• Fluent English; Mandarin Chinese is highly desirable.

• Proactive, responsible, detail-oriented and able to work effectively in a team.

• Eligible to work in the UK.
