Sales Training Specialist BeLux

As Sales Training Specialist, you provide training support to our BYD and DENZA dealer network in Belgium and Luxembourg. You help dealer teams master our products and our sales approach, and you make sure customers get the same high-quality experience in sales and in service.
Key responsibilities
• Training programs: Plan, organize, schedule and deliver sales and product training programs with dealers, and support training and knowledge sessions when needed.
• Effectiveness: Apply assessment tools to measure training effectiveness, and track and report on training completion and outcomes.
• Content and methodology: Evaluate training material and methodology and make recommendations for improvement.
• Logistics: Organize the logistics of training sessions and events, including venues and equipment, and manage and maintain in-house training facilities and equipment.
• Partners: Establish and maintain relationships with external training suppliers when needed.
• Customer experience: Work with the Aftersales team to ensure a consistent customer service approach.
Key objectives
• Training delivery: Effective implementation of training programs across the network.
• Customer satisfaction: Increase customer satisfaction through shared customer experiences in sales and service.
Your profile
• Education: Higher professional education or university degree, or demonstrable academic thinking and working skills.
• Skills: Strong communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships and to engage dealer teams.
• Languages: Fluent in French and Dutch, with professional English as the corporate language. Chinese is an advantage.
• Mindset: Independent, proactive and results-oriented.
• Mobility: Driving licence B and willingness to travel regularly within Belgium and Luxembourg.
