Position Overview

We are looking for a Recruitment Specialist to develop and implement all phases of the recruitment process, from advertising open roles to interviewing candidates and closing hires. This role requires someone with a strong understanding of HR best practices, excellent communication skills, rich hands-on experience, and a strong team spirit.

Key Responsibilities

• Writing accurate and detailed job descriptions;
• Publishing job ads on various channels;
• Screening job applications based on established criteria;
• Conducting initial interviews and coordinating follow-up interviews with team leaders;
• Managing the job offer process, including negotiating employment terms and finalizing offers;
• Onboarding new hires and assisting with orientation;
• Processing hiring paperwork and maintaining employee records;
• Hosting and participating in job fairs;
• Ensuring compliance with all Turkish employment regulations.

Essential Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field;
• Fluency in English and Turkish. Proficiency in Chinese is a plus;
• Minimum 3 years of experience in both blue-collar and white-collar recruitment;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Strong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple positions and meet tight deadlines;
• Familiarity with Turkish labor laws.
