About BYD Auto Hungary

On 22 December 2023, BYD announced the construction of a new energy vehicle production base in Szeged, Hungary, which will be built in phases. The new production base is planned to adopt globally advanced process equipment and highly automated production processes to create a world-leading new energy vehicle manufacturing base.

 Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for comprehensive affairs such as cultural publicity, internal magazines, reception for visits and other comprehensive affairs.
• Responsible for the organization of activities, translation and interpretation, interface with the language conversion of various documents and policies.
• Responsible for interfacing with other administrative and comprehensive management affairs.

Skills, Qualifications, and Experience Required:

• With at least 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and capable of applying related functions in data processing.
• Familiar with personnel allocation and relevant management systems within the company.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to handle employee relations and resolve issues.
• Attention to detail and a patient, organized approach to managing administrative tasks and departmental responsibilities.
• Proficient in English and Hungarian, Chinese is preferred.
