About BYD Auto Hungary

On 22 December 2023, BYD announced the construction of a new energy vehicle production base in Szeged, Hungary, which will be built in phases. The new production base is planned to adopt globally advanced process equipment and highly automated production processes to create a world-leading new energy vehicle manufacturing base.

BYD Auto Hungary is looking for a versatile and dynamic Employee Relations Specialist to our Auto Manufacturing Division.

Feladatok / Responsibilities:

• Szabályzatok és folyamatok kidolgozása és bevezetése a pozitív, elkötelező és jogszabályoknak megfelelő munkahelyi környezet támogatására. / Develop and implement employee relations policies and processes to promote a positive, engaging, and compliant workplace environment.

• Munkavállalói panaszok, munkaügyi viták és egyéb Employee Relations ügyek kezelése a harmonikus együttműködés biztosítása érdekében. / Manage employee complaints, labor disputes, and other employee relations matters to ensure harmonious working relationships.
  

• Fegyelmi eljárások és kivizsgálások támogatása és lefolytatása a munkavállalói magatartással és teljesítménnyel kapcsolatos ügyekben. / Support and conduct disciplinary procedures and investigations related to employee conduct and performance.
  

• Munkavállalói elégedettségi felmérések és kilépő interjúk szervezése, az eredmények elemzése, valamint megvalósítható fejlesztési javaslatok megfogalmazása. / Organize employee satisfaction surveys and exit interviews, analyze results,and recommend actionable improvements.
  

• Vállalati kultúrát és munkavállalói elköteleződést erősítő programok tervezése és megvalósítása, a csapatkohézió és az összetartozás érzésének növelése érdekében. / Plan and deliver corporate culture and employee engagement activities that strengthen team cohesion and a sense of belonging.Skills, Qualifications, and Experience Required:

Elvárt készségek és tapasztalat / Skills, Qualifications, and Experience Required

• Magyar nyelvtudás (szóban és írásban) felsőfokú szinten. / Fluency in Hungarian (spoken and written).

• Minimum 5 év tapasztalat Employee Relations / HR vagy hasonló területen; gyártási környezetben vagy nagy létszámú működésben szerzett tapasztalat előnyt jelent. / Minimum 5 years of experience in employee relations, HR, or similar roles; experience in manufacturing or large-scale operations is an advantage.

• Humán erőforrás, pszichológia, jog vagy kapcsolódó területen szerzett BA/BSc diploma vagy magasabb végzettség. / Bachelor’s degree or above in Human Resources, Psychology, Law, or a related field.

• Magyar munkaügyi jogszabályok, foglalkoztatási szabályozások és releváns jogi keretrendszerek jó ismerete. / Good knowledge of Hungarian labor laws, employment regulations, and relevant legal frameworks.

• Kiváló kommunikációs, koordinációs és problémamegoldó készség; érzékeny ügyek diszkrét és professzionális kezelése. / Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle sensitive issues discreetly and professionally.

• Magas felelősségtudat, szakmai etika, proaktív és csapatban gondolkodó szemlélet. / High sense of responsibility, professional ethics, and a proactive, team-oriented mindset.
