About BYD Auto Hungary

On 22 December 2023, BYD announced the construction of a new energy vehicle production base in Szeged, Hungary, which will be built in phases. The new production base is planned to adopt globally advanced process equipment and highly automated production processes to create a world-leading new energy vehicle manufacturing base.

BYD Auto Hungary is looking for a versatile and dynamic Medior/Senior Process Engineer to our Auto Manufacturing Division.

Key Responsibilities:

• Propose suggestions for the implementation and improvement of product process standard documents and operation specifications.
• Analyze and improve the processes of each product, formulate measures, and follow up on implementation.
• Analyze and improve daily product problems, focusing on error-proof and fool-proof optimizations.
• Propose product engineering changes, assist in verification, and follow up on progress.
• Supervise and inspect the implementation of process standards.

Skills, Qualifications, and Experience Required:

• Proficiency in English as a working language.
• Degree in Mechanical, Automation, or Chemical Engineering preferred.
• At least 3 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Proficiency in Chinese is preferred.
