About BYD Auto Hungary

On 22 December 2023, BYD announced the construction of a new energy vehicle production base in Szeged, Hungary, which will be built in phases. The new production base is planned to adopt globally advanced process equipment and highly automated production processes to create a world-leading new energy vehicle manufacturing base.

BYD Hungary is a subsidiary of BYD, which is an important part of BYD's international business in response to Hungarian customers and the whole European market. As an essential part of the new energy field, BYD's battery business opening up all linkes in the entire industrial chain of energy from harvesting to storage, to application.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate, supervise, and implement the HR management of overseas employees in the business unit according to the company's regulations on foreign personnel management.
  

• Develop and enforce the overseas HR management system for the business unit, covering all modules including recruitment, training, development and promotion, compensation and benefits, and employee relations.
  

• Manage expatriate personnel for the business unit, including assistance with visa processing, insurance procurement, family visit leave management, and handling assignments and repatriations.
  
• Oversee the full HR management process for foreign talent both domestically and internationally.
  
  
  

Requirements：

• Bachelor's degree or higher, with a preference for a background in management-related fields.
  
  
• At least 5 year of HR-related experience, familiar with HR management principles, and possessing knowledge of overseas laws, regulations, and immigration management is preferred.
  
  
• Experience in the manufacturing industry is a must, with proficiency in English as a working language. Chinese language skill is a plus.
