About the Role
To support BYD Europe’s strong growth, we’re seeking an HR Intern to join our young, international team—passionate about innovation and driven by a can-do attitude. You’ll assist the Overseas HR Department with end-to-end recruitment tasks and HR administration, collaborating closely with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Partner with managers to clarify role requirements, collect and integrate hiring demand forms, and support position setup.
Source candidates, screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and send interview invitations while coordinating interview schedules.
Draft and extend job offers, assist with offer review, and support salary negotiation.
Update recruitment records, synchronize headcount data entry, and track candidate progress.
2. HR Administration & Operations
Help with administrative formalities within the HR department (e.g., assignment coordination, expense reimbursement).
Maintain HR progress trackers (e.g., recruitment, onboarding) and ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
3. Project Support
Assist with HR project management: track project milestones, compile updates, and support cross-team coordination for HR initiatives.
Job Requirements
1. Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Strong organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and effective time management (prioritize tasks efficiently).
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; ability to quickly learn HRIS software.
4. Outstanding communication/interpersonal skills; ability to work collaboratively in a team.
5. Discretion in handling confidential information.
6. Previous HR experience/coursework is a plus (not required).
7. Fluent in English and Chinese; Hungarian is a plus.
