About the Role
As Customer Care Specialist, you will be a key point of contact for BYD customers across the Czech Republic & Slovakia. You will manage inquiries and complaints across multiple channels, coordinate with internal teams for resolution, and ensure a professional, customer-first ownership experience.
Key Objectives & Responsibilities
Respond to customer complaints via BYD portal, email, and phone.
Escalate technical problems to technical/product teams as needed.
Maintain and update customer information in internal systems.
Provide information about products and services.
Support sales activities and process payments where required.
Perform administrative tasks as assigned by the Supervisor.
Required Qualifications & Competencies
Bachelor’s degree or higher.
Fluent English and native Czech.
Strong cross-cultural communication and cross-functional coordination ability.
Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
NEV technical background preferred.
