About the Role
As Sales Assistant – Czech Republic, you will play a key role in supporting the daily operations of the Sales team, ensuring smooth coordination across internal functions and the dealer network.
You will contribute to sales planning, reporting, operational execution, and project coordination, acting as a central support function that enables efficient communication, structured processes, and successful implementation of sales initiatives. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional automotive environment.
Key Objectives & Responsibilities
Sales Planning & Reporting
Prepare regular sales performance analyses and reports for management and headquarters.
Support sales forecasting processes and monitor achievement of sales targets.
Analyze market and sales data, identifying trends and supporting recommendations to drive business growth.
Sales Operations & Coordination
Support daily sales operations, including scheduling, travel coordination, and visitor reception when required.
Assist in the implementation of central promotional campaigns and sales programs in coordination with relevant departments.
Work closely with the Marketing team to prepare sales materials and campaign support tools.
Provide operational support to dealers in executing sales and promotional activities.
Internal Processes & Administration
Maintain and update data in central systems (CRM, reporting tools, order management systems).
Prepare presentations, reports, and materials for dealer meetings and internal business reviews.
Coordinate internal and external meetings, including preparation of materials and meeting minutes.
Manage documentation, data collection, and filing related to sales operations.
Cross-Functional Support & Project Coordination
Follow up on cross-departmental tasks to ensure alignment between HQ and local teams.
Support key sales projects and business initiatives to ensure timely execution.
Assist in dealer network development and optimization projects.
Provide administrative and coordination support to ensure smooth collaboration across teams.

Required Qualifications & Competencies
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
Previous experience in a sales support, administrative, or coordination role is an advantage.
Automotive industry experience is a plus.
Technical Skills
Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Experience with CRM or reporting systems is an advantage.
Languages
Fluent English and Czech.
