About the Role
As Sales Training Specialist – Czech Republic & Slovakia, you will play a key role in building a high-performance learning culture across BYD’s dealer network and internal teams. You will be responsible for developing and delivering impactful training programs that strengthen sales capability, product knowledge, customer experience, and operational excellence across both markets.
This role combines training design, facilitation, stakeholder coordination, and continuous improvement, ensuring dealership teams and internal employees are equipped to represent the BYD brand with confidence and professionalism.
Key Objectives & Responsibilities
Training Design & Delivery
Design, deliver, and coordinate training programs for dealership teams and internal employees, both in-person and virtually.
Deliver engaging training sessions covering:
Sales process and customer journey
Product knowledge and new model launches
Retail excellence and customer experience
Soft skills and communication
Training Content Development & Localization
Develop, adapt, and localize training materials including:
Training manuals
Presentations
E-learning modules
Video content
Ensure content reflects local market needs, cultural nuances, and BYD brand standards.
Program Planning & Vendor Coordination
Plan and manage multiple training programs simultaneously across Czech Republic and Slovakia.
Coordinate external training vendors and partners to ensure consistent quality and execution.
Manage training calendars, logistics, and participant communication.
Evaluation & Continuous Improvement
Conduct post-training evaluations, feedback surveys, and satisfaction analysis.
Monitor training effectiveness and continuously improve content, methodology, and delivery.
Stakeholder Collaboration
Work closely with dealership managers, Sales teams, and HQ stakeholders to identify skill gaps and training priorities.
Support curriculum updates aligned with business needs and market developments.
Dealer Onboarding & Internal Capability Development
Support onboarding of new dealerships and ensure launch readiness of dealer teams.
Deliver internal soft-skill trainings including:
Leadership
Communication
Time management
Team collaboration
Industry & Product Awareness
Stay up to date on:
Automotive industry trends
New BYD products and technologies
Modern training best practices

Required Qualifications & Competencies
Education & Experience
Minimum 3 years of experience in sales training, corporate training, or learning & development.
Automotive industry experience is strongly preferred.
Proven experience designing and delivering engaging training programs.
Languages
Fluent Czech and English (written and spoken).
Technical Skills
Strong MS PowerPoint and Excel skills.
Experience with:
Video editing tools
E-learning platforms / LMS
is an advantage.
Personal Competencies
Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
Strong coordination and stakeholder management capabilities.
Ability to manage multiple programs and vendors simultaneously.
Hands-on, proactive, and customer-oriented mindset.
Open to frequent travel across Czech Republic and Slovakia.
