About the Role

As Ranger, you will deliver onsite vehicle repair and technical support directly to end customers. You will combine hands-on high-voltage (HV) technical expertise with remote diagnostics and data-driven problem solving to improve service responsiveness and support product quality improvements.

Key Objectives & Responsibilities

• Provide onsite vehicle repair service for end customers.

• Offer remote technical support to resolve issues efficiently.

• Coordinate quality/R&D resources from HQ to address escalated market issues.

• Use data platforms for remote diagnostic analysis, prediction, and progress tracking.

• Collect quality issues through multiple channels; push for root-cause improvements.

• Collaborate closely with Area Service Managers, Field Engineers, and technical/warranty teams.

• Support Denza-related technical activities and events as required.

• Ensure software/quality updates are tested and verified prior to release.

Required Qualifications & Competencies

• Strong automotive technical background, including required certificates for HV systems.

• 5+ years in a similar role within automotive/e-mobility OEM or importer.

• Bachelor’s degree in automotive engineering or similar.

• Strong organizational skills; proactive problem solver; culturally aware.

• Fluent English and native Czech; Chinese is a plus.

• High attention to detail; strong time management; strong presentation skills.
