About the Role

As Warranty Specialist, you will manage warranty and goodwill claim processes to ensure accurate submissions, timely follow-up, and compliance with manufacturer requirements—balancing customer satisfaction with profitability and operational efficiency.

Key Objectives & Responsibilities

• Submit accurate warranty and goodwill claims daily/weekly.

• Monitor daily and weekly reports and address exceptions quickly.

• Resubmit rejected claims promptly and maintain claim documentation.

• Administer warranty policy in the best interest of the manufacturer and customer.

• Maintain records of warranty submissions and customer contributions for goodwill claims.

• Liaise with parts team to ensure replaced parts are retained, labelled, and available when requested.

• Follow up outstanding claim payments and support invoice processing as required.

• Verify factory criteria and support related warranty governance tasks.

• Support additional tasks assigned by Aftersales Managers.

Required Qualifications & Competencies

• 5+ years of relevant experience; familiarity with aftersales/warranty processes.

• Proficient with Microsoft Office and routine reporting.

• Strong organizational skills; ability to multi-task and use own initiative.

• Strong written/verbal communication skills in English and native Czech.

• Professional, courteous, and customer-oriented.
