About BYD Auto Hungary
On 22 December 2023, BYD announced the construction of a new energy vehicle production base in Szeged, Hungary, which will be built in phases. The new production base is planned to adopt globally advanced process equipment and highly automated production processes to create a world-leading new energy vehicle manufacturing base.
BYD Auto Hungary is looking for a General Assistant to our Vehicle Production Division in Szeged.

Key Responsibilities:
Time & attendance administration:
Collect, verify, and maintain attendance data; prepare regular reports.Payroll support:
Provide accurate attendance inputs to support payroll processing and salary calculations.Employee administration:
Support onboarding/offboarding, transfers, and probation status administration; manage related documents.Employee relations & engagement: Collect employee feedback, support internal communication, and contribute to team cohesion activities and events.
General administration & coordination: Support internal approval and reimbursement processes; maintain company asset records (registration, inventory, basic maintenance follow-up); organize business travel (tickets, accommodation, transportation) and support basic travel cost control.
Skills, Qualifications, and Experience Required:
Secondary education (higher education is an advantage).
Basic computer skills (MS Office, email).
English language skills: Confident daily use of spoken and written English (emails, coordination, reporting).
Good communication skills – Professional, polite, service-minded communication verbally and in writing.
Accuracy, reliability & teamwork – Organized, detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and able to cooperate effectively with others.
