Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for upward and downward communication, ensuring timely dissemination of relevant company and departmental information.
Responsible for handling personnel-related administrative processes within the restaurant.
Responsible for the requisition, distribution, and cost control of food and beverages in the restaurant.
Responsible for managing and controlling the costs of low-value consumables and fixed assets in the restaurant.
Responsible for arranging and managing employee travel bookings.
Responsible for processing expense reimbursements related to business travel.
Responsible for collecting and organizing relevant operational data, developing improvement measures, and reporting findings to leadership for decision-making support.
Skills, Qualifications, and Experience Required:
Ability to quickly learn and apply company management regulations and operational procedures.
Proficiency in using office software and statistical tools for data management and reporting.
Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
Language skills: Hungarian, Chinese, and English are an advantage.
