Your Mission

Your mission is to ensure the smooth and efficient flow of goods from the factory to our retail partners by coordinating logistics operations and transport providers. You will contribute to optimizing supply chain processes, ensuring compliance with regulations, and supporting continuous improvements across the operations area.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Planning, monitoring, and optimizing the supply chain from the factory to delivery to our retail partners.

• Operational and strategic management of logistics and transport service providers, including performance monitoring, escalation handling, and contract management.

• Coordination of transport modes (sea, rail, and road) with a focus on cost, time, and quality.

• Collaboration with freight forwarders, customs authorities, and internal departments.

• Ensuring compliance with legal requirements and import regulations.

• Analyzing logistics processes and deriving measures to improve efficiency.

• Verificating, reconciliating, and filing of vendor invoices to ensure accurate and timely processing.

• Supporting projects aimed at process optimization within the operations area.

What You Bring

• Completed commercial training or a degree in business administration.

• Professional experience in logistics, allocation, or production planning, in the automotive sector.

• Strong management and communication skills in dealing with logistics/transport service providers and business partners.

• Excellent numerical and analytical skills.

• Proficient in MS Excel and ERP systems.

• Structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style, combined with strong team spirit.

• Excellent Spanish skills and business-fluent English skills.
