Your Role:

As our HR Manager in Budapest, you will take ownership of the full HR function, playing a critical role in shaping our people strategy and organizational success. This is a hands-on leadership position where your expertise will directly influence growth, culture, and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals

• Lead recruitment and selection, with a focus on key and managerial roles

• Oversee compensation, benefits, and employee motivation systems

• Manage workforce planning, headcount, and budget optimization

• Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR policies

• Drive performance management and organizational development initiatives

• Organize training, development, and competency programs

• Monitor HR KPIs and implement continuous improvement plans

• Manage employee relations with professionalism and confidentiality

• Collaborate with global HR teams and support audits and projects

What We’re Looking For:

• Degree in Human Resources or related field

• Minimum 8 years of comprehensive HR experience

• Strong knowledge of HR processes and Hungarian labor law

• Proven experience in workforce planning and budget management

• Excellent leadership, coaching, and problem-solving skills

• Proactive, independent, and solution-oriented mindset

• Strong communication and organizational abilities

• Fluent in English and Hungarian
