 Key Responsibilities:

• MES System Operation and Maintenance: Oversee the daily operation and maintenance of the MES (Manufacturing Execution System), monitor the operational status of the software system, promptly identify and address system failures; conduct user training and guidance, produce training documentation, ensure system stability, and resolve system issues in a timely manner.

• System Function Optimization: Collaborate closely with developers, testers, and other team members to address system issues, optimize system functionalities, handle data anomalies, and enhance system efficiency and user experience based on production needs.

• Visualization Development: Develop reports, dashboards, and other visualization tools according to production requirements.

• Information Project Implementation: Participate in the planning and execution of information projects, facilitate the rollout of new features, and promote the application of intelligent manufacturing technologies in battery production.

• IT Hardware Troubleshooting: Address IT hardware equipment failures in the factory to ensure the smooth operation of production equipment.

• Network Abnormality Handling: Diagnose factory network issues and assist the factory in providing feedback to the Information Center for resolution.

• System Integration: Manage the integration of MES with other production systems to optimize data flow and business processes.

Skills, Qualifications, and Experience Required:

Educational Background:

Bachelor's degree or higher in Automation, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.

Work Experience:

3-5 years of relevant work experience, with preference given to those with experience in MES systems in the manufacturing sector.

Skill Requirements:

• Familiarity with the principles and operational processes of MES systems.

• Knowledge of PLC (Programmable Logic Controller), SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition), and other automated control systems.

• Proficient in database management and SQL, capable of performing basic data analysis.

• Understanding of basic network concepts and capable of performing basic network troubleshooting.

• Good English reading skills, able to read technical documents in English.

• Strong learning and problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly grasp new technologies.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, capable of working closely with various departments.

• Diligent and responsible work ethic, able to withstand a certain level of work pressure.
