About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Insurance Procurement Specialist to join our team in Budapest. The role is responsible for insurance procurement activities across Europe and the Middle East & Africa (EMEA) regions, including logistics cargo insurance, employee benefits insurance, and other corporate insurance programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage insurance procurement and renewal processes across Europe and MEA regions.

• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with insurance brokers and insurance providers to achieve competitive coverage and pricing.

• Handle procurement of logistics transportation insurance, employee personal insurance, and other corporate insurance policies.

• Coordinate with internal stakeholders including logistics, HR, finance, and legal teams to identify insurance needs and ensure compliance.

• Monitor policy performance, claims handling, and vendor service quality.

• Conduct market research and maintain relationships with insurers and brokers to optimize insurance solutions.

• Prepare procurement reports, contract documentation, and insurance-related analysis.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in insurance procurement, or 3+ years of relevant experience in the insurance industry.

• Solid knowledge of logistics insurance, employee benefits insurance, and commercial insurance programs.

• Strong negotiation and supplier management skills.

• Fluent in English; Chinese language skills are a plus.

• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, Supply Chain, or related fields.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing insurance programs across multiple countries or regions.

• Familiarity with European and MEA insurance markets.

• Experience working with international brokers and insurance companies.
