Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the management of the overseas company portal, promptly notifying the business departments to handle government letters on the portal;

• Responsible for handling business operations related to the legal representative of overseas companies; such as electronic signature, authorization, and other business operations;

• Responsible for scheduling meetings and coordinating the participation of all parties in the meeting;

• Responsible for local reception preparation and domestic leadership visit reception preparation;

• Responsible for restaurant reservations or conference meal arrangements;

• Responsible for the procurement management of gifts, reception supplies, and other items;

• Organize company activities, prepare all facilities for activities, etc.

• Responsible for writing business correspondence.

Skills, Qualifications, and Experience Required:

• Bachelor's degree or above, good image and temperament;

• Possesses a local work permit in Hungary, proficient in Chinese and Hungarian, fluent in English;

• Priority will be given to those with more than 2 years of work experience or similar job positions and work processes;

• Have a good awareness of maintaining government relations and internal collaboration relationships;

• Good teamwork ability, communication and coordination ability, and stress resistance;

• Have a driver's license and more than 1 year of driving experience
